* Please note that I am not currently accepting new clients.

My name is Lisa Gray and I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist in the province of Alberta.  Providing counselling services is a great passion of mine. I am so honoured that clients invite me to be apart of their therapeutic journey.

I consider myself to be an integrative counsellor utilizing various therapies to help meet the unique needs of each individual client. I draw upon, family systems therapy, Gottman’s couples’ therapy, humanistic-existential therapy, narrative therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy, emotion focused therapy, solution focused therapy, mindfulness, self-compassion, attachment theory, and feminist theory. I am continuously working hard to maintain high standards of practice by staying current on best practices in the literature and by participating in professional development activities. Please see below for a list of my specialized training.

I place a high value on creating safety and setting up a collaborative working relationship. I see my client’s as an equal partner and we will collaboratively develop counselling goals and ways of working towards reaching these goals.

When I’m not working or attending graduate school, I enjoy reading, traveling, and spending time with my husband and our pre-schooler.
